At FibreCast, we make it happen. And we do mean we.

Our refractory products have been exported to almost as many countries as countries we’ve hired staff from. We’ve learned a lot since opening our doors in 1993. Not the least of which is that people who work hard, are team players and support each other, can come from all corners of the world.

It’s not a glamorous business. It’s hard work. As a result of the materials we work with every day you not only get your hands dirty but itchy as well. But the satisfaction of a job well-done and keeping our customers happy and safe, tends to offset it all.

It doesn’t matter if you’re making widgets or washing machines. Or in our case, refractory products for processes requiring extreme heat. Here, it’s all about the quality. It has to be. We believe the quality of a product is directly proportional to the quality of the people who make them. Which is of massive importance because our products can’t be second-rate. In this business, if things aren’t right, horrendous things have been known to happen. The safety of our customers and their people is what keeps us up at night. Thinking of even better ways to ensure that safety keeps us going. Creating innovative products that allow them to do what they do with more comfort and peace of mind.

When you get right down to it, it’s simple. It’s about the people, the team, a culture a company crafts over the years. FibreCast is a company where people work hard and play hard. Where we understand you’re only as good as your last shipment. Where office staff and owners get their hands dirty.

A company that’s about honest, hard-working people coming together as one. Under one big roof we call FibreCast.

A couple million km, borders, ports and a pandemic? No problemo.
