FibreCast vacuum-forms custom parts in many shapes
and sizes. These products include boards, ladles, fireplace panels, gateboxes,
lids, crucibles, combustion chambers and comets.
Refractory Products
FibreCast is a major supplier of refractory products
from a wide variety of manufacturers. We carry a full line of castables,
plastic, brick and dense brick.
Pre-Cast Shapes
FibreCast is a manufacturer of refractory precast
shapes including oval tile, L-tile, burner throat tile, CBE baffles and
CBE tiles.
Textiles
FibreCast is able to supply a wide variety of high
temperature textiles including cloth, tape, rope and sleeving that are
available in fiberglass, vermiculite or graphite coated, silica based,
and, ceramic fibre.
FibreFrax Products
FibreCast is an authorized distributor of Unifrax's
FiberFrax line of ceramic fibre products. These products include blanket,
modules, woven textiles, bulk fibres, paper, rope, specialties, electronic
element systems and fire protection products.
FibreCast also supplies a variety of other products. FibreCast supplies extruded and slip cast parts made from a variety of ceramics including fused silica, silicon carbide, zirconia and alumina. FibreCast also offers a complete line of expanding/insulating refractory foam products ideal for filling cavities or sealing gaps.

FibreCast offers a full range of design and installation services. We are able to provide heat flow analysis, energy surveys, engineered lining design, cost estimating, material procurement and field installation. Our experienced tradesmen have installed refractories in many types of industrial furnaces including: heat treating, fluidbed incinerators, boilers and non-ferrous melting furnaces.
FibreCast offers extensive machining services. With the aid of Computer Numeric Control (CNC) technologies, our machining centres produce intricate and precise machining of both cylindrical and sheet products. FibreCast can assist you in material selection as well as design and engineering for your application.
